A Sickday Medical House Call is a comprehensive evaluation, examination, diagnosis and treatment plan in the convenience and comfort of your home, office or hotel.

The visit includes Covid-19, Flu, & RSV testing and blood work. If necessary, injections are given for vomiting and severe back pain.

Step 1: Fill out the form online and a staff member will call you back within 5-10 minutes to book your appointment. You can also call us directly at (212) 742-5329.

Step 2: During the call, you can provide us with information about the medical problem and the location of the visit. Once we have that information, we can book the appointment.

Step 3: As soon as your appointment is booked, one of our Medical Practitioners will be at your doorstep within 90 minutes.  

Step 4: Once the visit is over, you will receive a receipt via email that you can submit to your PPO insurance. (We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare and our services would be an out-of-pocket expense.)

Yes! During the house call visit, our Sickday Board Certified Medical Practitioner will determine what medications are needed and will prescribe all necessary medications to a nearby pharmacy.

We primarily service all 5 boroughs in New York City so we can ensure we are at location in 90 minutes or less. However, we can service selected areas within the Tri-state area such as Yonkers, Westchester, Long Island or even parts of New Jersey. Yes we do. Most travel insurance policies reimburse up to 100% of medical treatment expenses.
We provide medical house calls seven days a week from 8 am – 9 pm.

We do not take insurance (including Medicare). However after your visit, we provide you with a receipt with all the proper codes so that you may submit it to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.


Most PPO insurance companies will reimburse 80-100%. We are considered out of network for PPO insurance.

Most travel insurance policies reimburse up to 100% of medical treatment expenses.


We accept credit cards, debit cards and Zella payment.

That means our fee is all-inclusive unlike some competitors who charge additional fees for every procedure or treatment. Our flat fee of $375 includes an evaluation, diagnosis, prescription and treatment plan. Covid test, Influenza A & B; RSV and Respiratory panel are included if needed. If you require blood work, we will have it sent to the lab and results will be obtained within 12-24 hours. If necessary, injections are given for vomiting and severe back pain. 

It’s all included.  

Plus, our Board Certified Medical Practitioners will follow-up via phone the next day to make sure you are on the mend.

When we say “no surprise medical fees” – we mean it!

We send Board certified Medical Practitioners. Most of our Practitioners work in hospital Emergency Rooms or at Urgent Care Centers. All of our Medical Practitioners have at least 6+ years of experience and many have worked with us for over 5 years.
Yes, we see children ages 1 year old and up.

We understand things change and we want to be as flexible as possible. Therefore, here is our cancellation policy. 

  • No refunds for any booked visits that are scheduled to be delivered within 90 minutes of booking time
  • 100% refund will be issued if delivery of service is more than 2 hours from booking time or house call is cancelled within 15 minutes of booking that is more than 2 hours from booking time
  • 50% will be charged if house call is cancelled but practitioner has been dispatched, irrespective of booking time
  • Any appointment booked after 9PM for same day service is not cancelable and full rate will be charged
